Inspired by Mary Beth Edelson’s Witches Burned. Women who didn’t follow the rules of the patriarchy were considered witches. After the burning of the “Witches”remains, they were buried in a mound of dirt. We leave a flower in honor of the smart, outspoken, intuitive, women who were buried in a mound. No names were posted to be remembered, but their sacrifice not forgotten.
